i originally started this piece last summer,
and come back to work on here and there.
now I kinda lost where I was gonna go with this piece (as usual...)

so anyone has any suggestion or critique on this piece?

I agree with what others are saying here about the piece. I think that in this particular composition, the unicorn is distracting. The character is beautifully done as usual, the hand is great and wings nicely rendered. I would suggest maybe cropping the unicorn out completely or perhaps expand the picture horizontally and make the unicorn more prominent so that she is resting on it? It may also help if the unicorn is looking in same direction as the character or at her as this also looks like it can be a reflection. (I don't know if that was your intention?)
